Very low moisture cleaning (VLM ) is becoming very popular in commercial settings and is also being used in residential settings for carpets that are not heavily soiled. VLM is broadly defined in the industry as a method of carpet cleaning that limits drying to 1-2 hours.

We use a method known as pad capping using encapsulation products that captures the soil.  

We will generally offer this service to only commercial properties unless the residential home carpet is not heavily soiled.
